Blue jeans, baby!

I like to wear jeans and denim, in genaral, anytime and anywhere because of their capacity of methamorphosis. In the 14 years that I’ve spent in Paris, the fascination of the parisian women for jeans became anecdotical. I laught when going out with my friends for coffee and realised that, out of the four of us, three were wearing jeans, and the fourth certaitly was wearing a denim jacket or some sort of detailing’’. Take a french woman’s jeans from her closet and she will feel absolutely naked’’, said a contemparary. Nothing more true. What was fascinating was that, although everyone of us had denism in special outfits, they were never alike.

For today’s outfit i ‚ve chosen a boyfriend pair with playfull detailing from MiniMe Paris, perfect is you don’t want to pass by unnoticed. I’ve adedd my new love, a neoprene sweatshirt from H&M that I told you about last week, that gives me a Wonder Woman feeling everytime I wear it. Don’t you think it looks like a armure for the modern woman? I do! A statement necklace, massive and, also, delicate so we can match it with a comfortable pair of sport’s shoes. And that is that!

Emmanuelle Alt, editor and chief at Vogue Paris wears jeans in the front row at a fashion show. What more proofe do you need to show you that jeans shouldn’t be missing from a closet? How do you wear them, les filles?
