Since we came on vacation, Iancu and Ilona are restless. They built sandcastles, they ran on the beach and they even convinced us to get into their game with water pistols. There was no way to sit quietly on the chairs ( I wonder who they resemble with?!). No. The kids desire continuous activities, and Nicolai and I must keep up with them – what makes us both feel very close to their age.
Yesterday, after their afternoon nap, we promised to go and explore the amusement park for children from the hotel. A promise is a promise. So here they are ready to frolic in the pool, slide on slides, swing on swings and consume their energy on climbing ropes and surmounting wooden ladders. Real fun!
Before we get out the door, Ilona tells me that she must change her outfit from the bathroom. And she’s right! She was wearing a two-piece suit, and this would prevent her from playing freely. “Take picture, yes?”, she asks while scouring the shelves. Then, properly equipped, she checks is Iancu is wearing the slip from Zara Kids, like her. Just because they are the most comfortable swim wear, as Ilona explains. “And these bathing suits are also cheerful. Just like us“, she says laughing, squeezing outside where Nicolai was impatient waiting for us.
Let’s start playing!
