Childhood games

Since I had Ilona, I am actually reliving my childhood almost every day. I rediscover the charm of old stories, but I also got familiar with Anna and Elsa, the characters in Frozen. I wake up daily between dolls, puppets and mascots and I simply cannot be grumpy. The whole house is cheered up by coloring books, toy chairs and colorful hair accessories. Plus, there are also marks of Iancu’s character and personality.

I will not hide from you that, daily, I become a game partner of my daughter. Now, I am an ace at hide-and-seek and hopscotch. Actually I am better that when I was her age. The funny part is that Ilona, even when simply just wants to play, she takes time to choose her outfit, and I sit quiet on the couch and I have to give my opinion. Shades of pink, floral prints and bows always win.

After an hour of frolicking, she always makes sure that her outfit is still impeccable. Like today, for example… After she threw the rock in hopscotch, she suddenly stopped and asked me very serious: Did my hairpin move around?!
