No matter how much I would try, it’s very hard for me to explain in words what Chanel means to me. And… every time I am in front of a new beauty product or a new fashion item signed by this brand, the same emotions that I had before my first Chanel fitting as a model invade me. Sort of butterflies flying through my stomach, mixed with joy, in its purest form.
I arrived at the photo studio and imagine that it took me some hours to decide which one out of the 29 lipstick shades of the new Rouge Coco collection I want to integrate in this shooting. With each lid that I was opening, I would get excited just like Ilona in front of the Christmas presents. All this after doing the same thing back at home, trying to pick the one that actually represents me.
Divided into families of pink (pink, red, nude, orange or plum), the names of the lipsticks are inspired by lovers, family members, muses and artists that were close to Coco. A real insight into the life of a woman who left a legacy unmatched worldwide!
In the end, I ceased temptation and I chose Arthur. An exceptional lipstick. An oragey-red shade with a luminous finish, which offers lips expressiveness. It is perfect for the warm days to come. A new generation formula, based on Hydraboost complex, which nourishes and protects lips and which makes color to persist for a long time. A creamy and extremely comfortable texture. With all these, Arthur is not just the name of a lipstick, it actually hides an eternal love story – which attracted me like a magnet.
