My kind of fairytale

To share a dessert. To hide my naked shoulders under the carefully set jacket by mon ange. To walk holding hands down the shore of Seine. To dream with our eyes open while we hold each other, with our eyes stuck on a magnificent sunset. All these images were running through my mind while the shooting from Pont D’Arcole lasted. I am an incurable romantic and it’s no doubt of it. Happily, the reminiscence of a moment like this made me beable to stand in front of the camera. Otherwise, with the coldness of the weather, I wouldn’t be telling you, today, about my passion for the dresses signed by Barbara Sabbah or the non-conventional Olympia Le Tan bags.

Studies of art, embroidery courses, Chanel internship, nights spent as a DJ in the well known Le Baron club from Paris and a long-term job at Balmain. Overall, Olympia Le Tan. The same Olympia that, in 2009, was creating her own brand by launching the “You can’t judge a book by it’s cover” bag collection – insipred by 21 classic book covers. Since then and until now, the surprinsing literary bags conquered the public around the world. The sources of insipration were unlimited and they always started from the covers of books about money, corruption and bourgeoisie, magic and wonderlands, saling stories or less orthodox pleasures. Olympia accepts special orders, but recently, in an interview for Madame Figaro, Olympia, said she refuses to transform “Fifty Shades of Grey” in a bag. What I find very cute is that on the interior label of each clutch she inserts the inscription “Handmade with love in France”.
