The new “Absolutely Rôse” line from Lancôme. Soft and subtle

Paris is constantly re-inventing itself everyspring, and this year’s inspiration are pink roses. Pink is a delicate colour, charming, the colour of Lancôme and this year it is also the colour of the new Lancôme beauty line, ‘’Absolutely Rose’’.

Beyond the quality of the textures, the new cosmetic line is to die for! The illuminating powder is a pink rose, put into a jewellery box, alongside a special brush. This is an elegant way of presenting the product, inspired by the 50’s fashion trends. The effect you get is discreet, like the touch of a rose petal, giving your face a subtle glow.

The blush line has 3 options: « 02 Rose Lemonade », a discreet pink that give freshness to your cheeks, « 024 Sparkling Framboise », a vivacious pink for the ones of you that want their appearance to be a statement and « 00 Highlighter », the option that must never miss from our purses, giving a glowing refresh in absolutely any situation.

For the contour of the eyes Lancôme suggests ‘’La Rose’’, a compact cassette with 6 choices of romantic and pastel colours. These were specially created by the make-up artist Lisa Eldrige, so that can be combined and blended to your heart’s desire. A spectacular look is an illuminated look, and this is the perfect job for the illuminating crayon ‘’Miracle’’. The “Grandiôse” liner sets a new trend in make-up, through two fabulous shades: Magenta and Bois de Rose. The lips are also getting the special treatment. Juicy Shakers (Cocoon Candy, Snowtilly, Top Gum) are the glosses that give a subtle colour to your smile and give your lips a sweet and delicious scent.
