I have some fashion items that I doubt I will ever cease to wear. No matter what the trends will impose. But Ilona got her eyes on some of them. She waits to grow up and be able to wear them. Even if I talk about dresses, shoes or bags, I always invest in quality and in materials that will pass the trial of time. It’s important to wager on brands, like Chanel, for instance, where style is in their DNA. And yes, I like many of the spring – summer 2015 trends ( I intend to talk soon which are my favorites of this season), but I also have a huge passion for vintage and collection items, which hide behind them dozens of stories and memories. I truly believe that if you loosen up imagination, you can actually reinvent your entire wardrobe.
The outfit that I’m presenting to you today perfectly fits the sophisticated air of the oldest market of Paris, Place des Vosges. Placed in Marais, the market is shaped like a green square and it is surrounded by 36 extremely symmetrically houses. Every time I think of this place, the fountain in mid summer, Victor Hugo museum from number 6 and the stores from Rue des Francs Bourgeois, come to my mind. And… it seems to smell like freshly baked bread.
